The 2018 iHeartRadio MMVAs was held on August 26, 2018 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. 5 Seconds of Summer were nominated for "Fan Fave Duo or Group", but South Korean boy band, BTS, won the award.

They were introduced by JWoww and Kristin Cavallari before they performed Youngblood.
