The Rock Out with Your Socks Out Tour is 5 Seconds of Summer's first worldwide tour, to support their first album 5 Seconds of Summer. The tour is set to begin in Lisbon, Portugal on 4 May 2015 and conclude in West Palm Beach, Florida on 13 September 2015.
Background
- The tour name was revealed on July 7th, 2014. [1]
- Two extra dates were added to the UK leg, on 15 June 2015 due to demand[2]
- Extra London date was added on 10 September 2015 due to demand.[3]
- On 13 June 2015 London's show, Guitarist Michael Clifford incurred burns to his head and left side of his face during She Looks So Perfect. As a result of his injuries, the band didn't complete the encore.[4]
- The 23 May 2015 concert in Norwich, United Kingdom was a part of Radio 1's Big Weekend[5]
- During the BBC Radio 1's Big Weekend, lead singer and guitarist Luke Hemmings had a case of laryngitis, but proceeded to perform.
